    Creditreform Rating has raised the rating of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (Group) to A- from BBB+. The outlook is stable. Creditreform Rating has also raised the rating of the Tier 2 capital to BBB- from BB+, the rating of the Non-Preferred Senior Unsecured debt to BBB+ from BBB and the rating of Preferred Senior Unsecured debt to A- from BBB+. However, the rating of the Additional Tier 1 capital was affirmed at BB.
