26.06.2018Creditreform Rating has confirmed the rating of the bearer bonds with ISIN XS173392302, issued by Universal Securitisation Solutions S.A., achting for and on behalf of its compartment Securio 1403-01 with BBB. The issue proceeds of this securitization will be issued in a global portfolio of infrastructure equity funds. The fund is managed by an experienced fund manager who has sufficient capacities and resources to manage such a fund of funds. The main reason for the rating is the ramp-up of the portfolio of infrastructure funds, which has performed in line with our expectations.

29.12.2017As part of the monitoring process Creditreform Rating has confirmed the rating of BBB of the bearer bonds with ISIN XS1733923202 issued by Universal Securitisation Solution S.A., acting on behalf of its Compartment Securio 1403-01. The issue proceeds of this securitisation will be used to fund a portfolio of globally investing infrastructure equity funds. The fund will be managed by an experienced manager with sufficient management capabilities. The reason for the monitoring process was the conversion of the registered bonds into bearer bonds with effect as of December 8, 2017. Besides the conversion into bearer bonds and any related adjustments, no further relevant changes can be found in the terms and conditions of the bonds.
