Creditreform Rating (CRA) upgrades Crédit Agricole S.A.'s (Group) Long-Term Issuer Rating to A+. The rating outlook is stable.
CRA upgrades Crédit Agricole S.A.'s preferred senior unsecured debt to A+, non-preferred senior unsecured debt to A, Tier 2 Capital to BBB and AT1 Capital to BBB-.
CRA sets the Long-Term Issuer Rating of the Group's subsidiary Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank to A+, which reflects Crédit Agricole S.A.'s (Group) Long-Term Issuer Rating, in line with our methodology. The ratings of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank's preferred senior unsecured debt is set at A+, non-preferred senior unsecured debt at A, Tier 2 Capital at BBB and AT1 Capital at BBB-.

Creditreform Rating has revised its outlook on the Credit Agricole S.A. to positive from negative and affirmed the rating of Credit Agricole S.A. at A. Creditreform Rating has also affirmed the rating of BB+ of Additional Tier 1, the rating of BBB- of Tier 2 and the rating of A of the Preferred Senior Unsecured. Creditreform Rating has confirmed the rating of Crédit Agricole SA (Group) with 'A'. The outlook was changed from 'watch negative' to negative´. In addition, Creditreform Rating has determined the rating of the debt classes as follows. The rating of the Additional Tier 1 class was confirmed at 'BB+'. The rating of the Tier 2 class was confirmed at 'BBB-'. The rating of the Non-Preferred Senior Unsecured class was confirmed at 'A-'.
